Malaysians love the Honda HR-V and surely the all-new 2021 Honda HR-V that was just launched in Japan will get many of us excited. Its radically different looks give the all-new HR-V a much more mature and sportier look.

However, if you think the HR-V should get a lot more oomph for a crossover of its nature, Honda has also announced two accessory packages for the latest HR-V. For Japan.

Sales of the all-new HR-V are expected to begin in Japan from April 2021 where the SUV is called the Vezel. The accessory packs are available to customers via Honda Access and both offer different takes on the SUV’s aesthetics.

The first package is the Urban Style pack and is aimed at customers who want a sporty look on their HR-V. This includes a front bumper skirt with chrome trim accents, a new front grille with a hexagonal-shaped mesh with chrome surround, some side lower garnish, and rear bumper skirts with, you guessed it, chrome accents.

Apart from those, the Urban Style also gives the all-new HR-V a more prominent rear spoiler on the tailgate. No chrome accents here though.

Next is the Casual Style pack which is aimed at the stylish city slickers. It’s similar to the Urban Style but instead of chrome, you receive a copper brown finish. Admittedly, I prefer the Casual Pack to the Urban Pack because it gives the HR-V a more grown-up look.

Besides the aforementioned copper brown finish on the skirts and the grille, the classy colour is also painted on the door mirror caps.
