We’ve already covered the differences between the new 2020 Honda Civic FC facelift here. What’s less spoken is the new Passion Red Pearl colour option, which looks fantastic and transforms the familiar but slightly aged Civic's image into a fresh, vibrant new model.

The colour itself is not new. It’s already offered for the Jazz, City, BR-V, HR-V, and CR-V.

The new colour replaces the previous Civic’s Dark Ruby Red Pearl, a colour that in our opinion, doesn’t look that great.

The total number colour options remains at five. The other colours are the same as before; Lunar Silver Metallic, White Orchid Pearl, Modern Silver Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Passion Red Pearl.

Also fitted in the display car shown here is the Modulo Package 1.0 styling package, a RM 4,868 option. There’s also a more basic Modulo Package that offers the same but minus the rear spoiler, bringing the price down to RM 3,241.

To recap, the new 2020 Honda Civic facelift is priced from RM 113,600 to RM 139,600, available in three variants and two engine options - a 1.8-litre port injection naturally aspirated engine and a 1.5-litre direct injection turbocharged engine. The specifications are as below:
