According to findings by Japanese automotive publication Response, the 2024 Toyota Harrier facelift will reportedly debut this summer, as sources within the scoop team have divulged details on the planned updates.
After four years on the market, the current Harrier is due for a facelift. The Japanese publication expects the Harrier facelift to adoption the "Hammerhead" front fascia from the Toyota Crown and Prius.
Inside the cabin, rumours suggest a standard inclusion of a 12.3-inch infotainment display across all variants, with potential updates to the heads-up display.
While powertrain configurations are expected to largely mirror the existing lineup, featuring the 2.0-liter inline-four "Dynamic Force Engine" delivering 171 PS/207 Nm, alongside hybrid (HEV) and PHEV options, whispers of an extended electric range for the latter are circulating.
Although initial reports hint at a debut as early as June 2024, the possibility of a fall (towards Q4) release is not discounted.
In Malaysia, the Toyota Harrier is offered in two variants β Luxury and Luxury SE, priced at RM 274,000 and RM 277,000 respectively. Both are identical in terms of features and specifications, the only difference being the bespoke red exterior and brown interior combination for the SE.
The quest for automotive knowledge began as soon as the earliest memories. Various sources information, even questionable ones, have been explored including video games, television, magazines, or even internet forums. Still stuck in that rabbit hole.
