The current Volkswagen Tiguan has been on sale here since 2017, and it desperately needs a facelift, particularly in the safety department if it wants to fight the likes of Proton X70 and Honda CR-V. Details on the 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan are sparse, but Volkswagen has released the teaser image sketch above, showing an entirely new front end that has the vibe of the recently launched 2020 Volkswagen Passat.

The facelifted front end is consistent with the leaked spy shot of the facelifted Volkswagen Tiguan we posted before, and it looks like its ready to be revealed. It won’t come soon to Malaysia of course, but when it does expect the Tiguan to give it's rival a good fight.
