What is the Renault Relax campaign and what does it cover?

To offer Renault customers an extra peace of mind, TC Euro Cars (TCEC) has introduced the Renault Relax campaign that offers special discounts on tyres and batteries. TCEC is also announcing an extension of Renault car warranties during the MCO period.

The Renault Relax campaign offers savings for two important components that easily suffers from wear and tear. For Renault owners who need to change their batteries, they will receive a 10 percent on purchase under the campaign. This offer only applies to Atlas BX Batteries purchased during now until 30 June 2020.

Renault’s tyre deal, however, is only valid for Renault Captur and Fluence owners. Owners can easily make their tyre purchase on the Renault E-Store from 15 April to 15 May 2020 and will enjoy a 25 percent discount on their ContiEco Contact 5 205/55R17 tyres.

All they need to do is make their “lock-in” fee of RM 100 to secure the promotional price of RM 345 per tyre.

TCEC reminds all owners that the Rencare team is still operating to support owners in any emergency as usual during the MCO period.

As a result of MCO causing many owners to delay their vehicle service, TCEC has also announced a 30-day extension for all Renault vehicles whose warranties will be expiring during the period. All warranties will be extended until 28 May 2020.

In addition, they are also offering additional time for all Renault vehicles that were due for periodic servicing between 18 March to 28 April 2020. All service appointments will have a 30-day extension to catch-up on their service intervals.

TCEC has also extended operation hours for all Renault service centres to accommodate the extra number of cars. They encourage all owners to check opening times on the full list of authorised service centres on their website.

The optional door-to-door delivery is now available for Renault customers via the Renault E-Store. Customers can now request for door-to-door delivery within Klang Valley, this is limited to a radius of 30km from the service centre.

This delivery service, previously available only to new and subscription customers, is now being offered free-of-charge for pick-up and return of serviced vehicles, during the MCO and post MCO period.
