The all-new 2024 Toyota Camry (XV80) will make its global debut in the USA next week, on 14-November 2024 10 pm ET. (11 am on Wednesday, 15-Nov in Malaysian time), marking the ninth generation of a long-standing model.

We've only seen teasers of the front and now the badges on the back, which tell us that for the first time in the Camry hybrid's history, all-wheel drive will be offered.

Granted there's only so much that can be speculated by a couple of intentionally obscure teasers, but we reckon its styling will fall in line with much of Toyota's recent examples – the 'C' motif by the headlights, for example, look a lot like what's on the Prius and certain variants of the new Crown.

How the interior looks like is still anyone's guess, but large displays won't be anything out of the ordinary.

Replacing the XV70-generation after 6 years, the all-new Camry reportedly rides on the TNGA-K platform, and is rumoured to also gain turbocharged power besides the confirmed hybrid engine.

Not long more now until all is clear. For the time being though, the facelifted 2023 Toyota Camry (XV70) is still on sale in Malaysia, with the sole 2.5V variant going from RM 219,800.
