The all-new (G61) BMW 5 Series Touring has entered production in Dingolfing, Germany, marking a significant milestone for BMW whilst delivering an absolutely beautiful model for many BMW wagon fans. BMW Malaysia has announced the updated 2024 BMW i5 eDrive40 M Sport, with minor revision to its features and pricing. Starting with the latter, which has increased by RM 300, now priced at RM 420,100 (OTR without insurance, with the extended warranty and maintenance package). BMW Group Malaysia delivered 15,012 units of BMW and MINI vehicles, including BMW Motorrad motorcycles. The figure is 3.8 percent higher than 2022. BMW Malaysia has launched the BMW i5 eDrive40, the all-electric (EV) version of the G60 2023 BMW 5 Series, which comes fully-imported (CBU) from Germany, priced at RM 419,800 (OTR without insurance, inclusive of the extended warranty and service package). BMW has confirmed that it will be transitioning all its dealers in Europe into a unified agency-style, direct-to-customer sales model. Under the new approach, dealers, now known as retail partners, will no longer hold inventory of cars. As there is only one fixed price, customers won't need to compare discounts between dealers.
