This morning, we brought you news of the 2021 Proton Iriz R3 Edition. Barely a few hours after that, there are photos of the 2021 Proton Saga R3 Edition sitting on trailers, presumably heading to showrooms.

Courtesy of these photos from our friends at Funtasticko, we can see both models share the same black-and-yellow scheme that's synonymous with last year's Saga 35th Anniversary Edition. To cap the racy look, both models also get a graphic along the sides.

Unlike the Iriz which apparently gets its wheels from the Satria Neo CPS, the Saga R3 Edition seems to keep the 15-inch Premium variant wheels, albeit with a different take to its dual-tone colourway.

Recall that the Saga R3 Edition was previously spied in December, but back then we only had shots of the interior. Sure, there's plenty of visual updates, but whether or not both cars' performance has been spruced up remains to be seen.

To recap, prices for the current Saga range from RM 32,800 all the way to RM 35,800. Meanwhile, the Iriz starts from RM 36,700 and caps at RM 50,700. 

So far, there's no offical word about both models' official launch dates, but stay tuned to WapCar.my for more as we have it.
