Very reliable ute ... Own my 2004 D22 For 10 years now ,done 400.000 km ,and never missed a beat. Not most comfortable ,but keeps going ,tows the boat ,take me to work ,always long hot miles .

Registered remove lower fan shroud. loosen pinch bolt on steering shaft up by firewall where it slides on splines. There is a few clamps on the brake lines on drivers side that need to be removed.
