Earlier this year, the 2020 Mazda 2 1.5 Hatchback facelift with Mazda 2 skyactiv arrived on our shores. Being a fully-imported model from Thailand, it's priced at a rather heady RM 103,670 (OTR with SST). That makes it the most expensive B-segment hatchback in Malaysia. There is only one spec available, both the hatchback and sedan have identical specifications and price. Sadly, airbag count remains at 2 despite the facelift. About a month ago, photos of the new 2020 Toyota Hilux facelift were leaked onto the internet, giving us a good look at how Toyota’s popular pick-up truck will look like. Now, even more photos have found their way to the internet. Not only do these photos provide more details such as wheel designs, it also gives us a (albeit blurry) look at a sportier Hilux variant. Compared to the regular Hilux, the sportier Hilux seen here gets a blacked-out front grille, as well as a more muscular skid plate.

The Proton X70 is the first model to be introduced to the local market since the inception of the Proton-Geely era. At present, the Proton X70 is fully imported from China while Proton upgrades its existing Tanjung Malim manufacturing facility. Some of you may not know but currently, the X70’s 1.8-litre four-cylinder turbocharged TGDi engine is fed with Shell-branded engine oil. This raised some eyebrows among consumers as to why Proton did not engage its long-time lubricants partner, Petronas f
