We’ve previously reported multiple sightings of the next-generation Honda HR-V testing in Japan, so we can mostly deduce that the HR-V is going to drop the current curvaceous look for a chunkier, boxier look. But here’s a more accurate rendering of the new car!

The render came courtesy of Mr.Kuruma’s Twitter account. As you know the third-generation HR-V's design language will be based on the concept car Honda SUV e:concept.

Mr.Kuruma has done away with the top panel on the grille from the Honda SUV e:concept renderings for a more accurate look. He has also rendered the car in the usual colours that Honda in Japan has on sale.

When the next generation arrive, it will most likely be offered with a two-motor i-MMD hybrid drivetrain that is currently offered in the soon to launch 2020 Honda City RS.
