Black-coloured interior too dull for you? Fret not, Honda Malaysia today announced a new interior colour addition to the Honda HR-V RS – a classy dark brown leather. If you've been eyeing a HR-V RS for some time, you can now choose between the new classy dark brown leather interior or the existing stylish black leather interior. This new interior colour is a no-cost option.

This new interior colour treatment not only goes to the leather seats, but also extends to the centre console, front panel, as well as door panel lining. This new interior colour option is exclusively for the Malaysian market and is now open for booking at 101 Honda authorised dealers nationwide.

The Honda HR-V is powered by a 1.8L SOHC i-VTEC (142 PS, 172Nm) engine combined with Honda's Earth Dreams Technology Continuous Variable Transmission (for the E, V and RS variants) to deliver a balance of performance and fuel efficiency. Meanwhile, the HR-V Hybrid variant employs a 1.5L Atkinson-cycle twin-cam i-VTEC engine (152 PS, 190Nm) paired with an electric motor. It drives through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

As for pricing, the HR-V range starts at RM 108,800.00 for the E variant, and tops out at RM 120,800.00 for the RS. All prices are OTR without insurance.
