A week ago we posted leaked Nissan X-Trail patent submission to the Brazil Patent Office, showing its exterior feature in a much more accurate manner along with a glimpse of its dashboard.
Not long afterward, Russia’s automotive website Kolesa.ru posted a render of the 2021 Nissan X-Trail with a more realistic proportion compared to the earlier rendering by Carscoop. Nissan’s trademark ‘V-motion’ grille takes the central position, conjoined by two-row LED lights that possibly serve as daytime running light. While the side profile looks almost identical to the current generation, the big party is at the back, where the rear LED taillight is far slimmer and the third-quarter glass is now more angular in appearance.
What remains unknown to date is the mechanical bits, but as the car is undergoing testing at the moment, expect Nissan to drop all the information regarding the X-Trail in a matter of months.
