Branded as ‘Mysterious, Supreme yet Stylish’, there’s no prizes for guessing that this is the limited-edition Isuzu D-Max Stealth. Sorry folks, this is not the all-new pickup as you probably may have expected.
For what we know, the D-Max Stealth is just a kitted-up version of the current D-Max. Based on the teaser images posted, we can see that the Stealth edition is bound to get a front grille that appears to be of a made of a different finish than the regular chrome one.
Other updates include new wheels, power-retractable side steps and obligatory 'Stealth' stickers around the sides and the rear tailgate. The interior looks to be spruced up with red seat inserts as well.
If you’re wondering why Thailand’s best-selling truck isn’t making its way to our shores yet, Isuzu still needs some lead time before local assembly can commence. In other words, the third generation D-Max is at least two years away.
The Isuzu D-Max Stealth is bound to make its online debut on Facebook, 3pm on 6th August. In the meantime, take a look at our review of the current-gen D-Max.
