You’ve seen the spy shots, leaked patent, and digital rendering of the upcoming all-new 2021 Nissan X-Trail on Wapcar before, but what you’re about to see here is the best look of the SUV yet.
These leaked images have surfaced on a French web forum recently, and from the last digital rendering outlook which features more muscular silhouette, larger trademark ‘V-motion’ grille and redesigned LED headlights, it is pretty spot on.

The biggest change, however, lies in the interior design, particularly the dashboard and center console arrangement. A prerequisite touchscreen is now standalone, with what looks like a digital climate control underneath.
There is also a digital instrument cluster that surely features multifunction vehicle display. The knob beside the cupholder features various driving modes to suit the road condition and terrain you’re in.
The leather seat stitching exudes class, along with panoramic sun roof which we think is the higher-end variant, like the one on Proton X70 Premium X.
There are still no words or images on the powertrain but expect the e-Power hybrid option similar to the Nissan Kicks to be offered alongside conventional petrol engine.
In short, it is a far cry from the current Nissan X-Trail. The new one ups the ante with a premium design and features that will surely capture the heart of X-Trail fans and consumers alike.
